A deposit of EUR 100 is obligatory for all apartments. It has to be paid upon arrival and will be returned (if the apartment is in order and the company has no claims) at check-out.

Payment is due upon arrival.

Please inform the hotel about your arrival time. A representative of StayInRiga will meet you near the building entrance for check-in and to provide all further information.

Please note that a fee for late check-ins (after 20:00) applies.
