After booking an apartment, you have to contact the agency to receive details for the check-in procedure - time and method of arrival, receiving keys, payment method, etc.

Payment for the entire reserved period is required at arrival.

Check-out is possible after 12:00 without any additional payment in case there are no new guests booked for the same apartment.

Lemondási feltételek: A lemondás az érkezés dátuma előtt 15 napig, lemondási díj nem kerül felszámolásra.
A lemondás kései végrehajtása vagy meg nem érkezés esetén az első éjszaka kerül felszámolásra.

Gyermekekre és pótágyakra vonatkozó házirend: Az összes gyermek engedélyezve van.
Az összes 3 éves kor alatti gyermek ingyenesen tartózkodhat már meglévő ágynemű használatával.
Az összes idősebb gyermekek vagy felnőttek után éjszakánként és személyenként 10,00 EUR fog felszámolásra kerülni pótágyak használatával.
A szobákban engedélyezett pótágyak maximális száma 2 lehet.
A szobában nem áll rendelkezésre férőhely gyermekágyak részére.

Előzetes befizetések házirendje: Az első éjszaka 100 százaléka felszámolásra kerül a foglalás napján, mely visszatérítendőnek minősül.
