Nightclubs

Riga is one of the cities that never sleep. When you feel it’s party time, you are welcome in the numerous nightclubs of Riga. Most of them are located in the centre of the city and they are very easy to find. There are clubs for all tastes, so you only have to make your choice.

The Visitors

As a rule, people gather together in restaurants and bars at about 8 or 9 p.m. Nightclubs open at about 10 – 11 p.m. Normally, the first visitors are ladies who often don’t have to pay the entrance fee until midnight and sometimes they are given a discount.

Entering a Club

The entrance fee in the popular nightclubs of Riga is normally 5 - 10 Latvian lats. When you enter a club you get a visible or invisible fluorescent stamp on your hand, so those who like to visit several clubs within a night can have fun the way they like and come back to one club or another without having to pay again.

Big Point Club

The club offers mostly world radio hits and music from Russia. There is no official dress-code in this club but those who wear sports suits are unlikely to enter it (and don’t forget about the face control).

Casablanca

The club has been reopened after the reconstruction. It has probably become a trifle more conservative but it is worth visiting.
